Russian provocateurs desecrate Stepan Bandera’s grave in Munich again

In Munich, the grave of Stepan Bandera, the leader of the Ukrainian national liberation movement, has once again been desecrated. This time, provocative inscriptions were left on the monument, allegedly made by Russian special services. The incident became known thanks to Oleh Medunytsia, the head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists – Banderaites.

Medunytsia condemned the act of vandalism and called on the Ukrainian authorities to speed up the creation of the Memorial of Fallen Heroes in Ukraine to rebury prominent figures from foreign territories in their native land. He also emphasized the importance of creating a National Military Memorial Cemetery.

“This is not the first case of desecration of Bandera’s grave in Munich. These acts are aimed at humiliating our national memory. Ukraine should have its own place to honor such heroes,”

– Medunitsa said.

Incidents such as this underscore the need to protect national shrines and monuments, which are important symbols of Ukrainian history and identity.
