NATO countries have prepared new measures of military assistance to Ukraine if Donald Trump wins the US presidential election. This was reported by the American edition of The Wall Street Journal.

It is reported that he will be a high-ranking civilian official based in Kyiv. He will focus on Ukraine’s long-term military modernization and non-military support needs. He will report both to NATO headquarters in Brussels and to a new command to be established in Wiesbaden to coordinate the supply of military equipment to Kyiv and the training of Ukrainian troops.

According to the newspaper, the decision will be announced at the NATO summit in Washington (July 9-11).
