The logistics hub in Yasenka is currently operating properly

Poland’s Minister of National Defense denies reports in the Australian media about alleged problems in the functioning of the logistics hub in Yasenka, through which most of the military aid to Kyiv passes, reports “Polish Radio” reports..

Yesterday, the Australian television network ABC reported, citing “sources in Europe,” that Australian Abrams tanks may be stuck in Poland and should be immediately sent to the embattled Ukraine. Referring to these reports, Deputy Prime Minister Vladyslav Kosinyak-Kamysh reiterated that the logistics hub in Yasenka is currently functioning properly:

“I have not been informed of any problems with transportation. After a one-week break in early March, when the Americans suspended the aid, everything returned to normal. There are no obstacles for the Australian equipment delivered to Poland to get to Ukraine. I hope these fakes will be dispelled very quickly. We are in contact with Australian diplomatic missions. If there were any problems, we would have agreed on them.”

Last year, the Australian government announced that it would transfer 49 decommissioned tanks to Ukraine. Australian media outlets report, citing “sources in Europe,” that given the cooling of relations between Washington and Kyiv, the effective functioning of the Carpathian Hub is in question.
