This Privacy Policy describes our policies regarding the collection, processing, use and disclosure of certain personally identifiable information (“personal data”) relating to any person’s use of this Site. By using this Site, you understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected exclusively through this Site.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Personal information
When you fill out an electronic questionnaire posted on our website, as well as through links that lead from our website to third-party resources, register or place an order on the website www.conservative.org.ua, send us an e-mail request or otherwise provide us with information using this Website, we receive your last name, first name, patronymic, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information. In addition, from time to time we may collect your other personal information through other forms on this Site, through e-mail correspondence, as well as through other online tools. The personal information required will be minimal, only necessary to achieve the results envisioned by the Conservative Christian Platform. Under certain circumstances, we may request additional information, or send you additional information in cases where you have indicated that you would like to receive it. If additional personal information is requested, this fact will be noted and compliance with this condition is voluntary.
The collection of personal information, such as political views or affiliation with political or public organizations, is carried out on the Site only to the extent necessary to achieve the goals of the Conservative Christian Platform project in the most effective way. If you provide information of a personal nature, such provision of information will be considered as an explicit and voluntary consent to the use of this information by the Conservative Christian Platform.
Protection of personal data
The User (Personal Data Subject), by registering or placing an order on the website www.conservative.org.ua, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of June 01, 2010 No. 2297-UI, gives his unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal personal data by the Conservative Christian Platform, which is the Owner of the personal data base. The address of the Owner is the place of storage of personal data.
The User provides the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, phone number, e-mail address and other personal data as required. The specified personal data is provided in order to ensure the implementation of civil law relations (purchase of goods, delivery of postal and courier services), as well as for the purpose of implementing information and service services (distribution of information, advertising, marketing messages and special offers by any means of communication, including SMS, e-mail, telephone and mobile devices), in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”. The specified personal data is provided by the User voluntarily with the right to unlimited storage and destruction.
In accordance with Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the User is informed of the rights of the personal data subject. The subject of personal data has the right to:
- to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give a corresponding order to obtain this information to persons authorized by him/her, except in cases established by law;
- receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his or her personal data is transferred;
- to access their personal data;
- to receive a response on whether his/her personal data is processed no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, and to receive the content of such personal data;
- submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
- to make a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- file a complaint against the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner or a court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection; 10) make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him or her.
This consent is valid for an indefinite period.
This consent may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written request to the e-mail address of the Owner of the personal data base: [email protected], the subject line of the letter should indicate “Refusal to process personal data”.
Comments.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymous string generated by your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to Gravatar to find out if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Technical information
When you visit this Site, we may collect technical information that does not, by itself, identify you by name.
