Return of purchased goods
In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, an individual consumer has the right to exchange or return purchased goods within 14 days if they do not fit him or her for any reason. These exchange rules apply to non-food products of good quality, provided that they have not been used and have retained their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document (receipt) issued to the consumer at the time of purchase.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, printed publications of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case of detection of printing defects in book products, the Conservative Christian Platform, at the request of the Buyer, exchanges the goods for goods of proper quality, or makes a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned products. A printing defect is a defect resulting from non-compliance with the production technology, which leads to distortion or loss of information: smearing of paint, non-printing of paint, unclear printing, glued pages, uneven cropping, turned over sheets, missing sheets or their repetition, inconsistency of the book title on the cover with its content, etc.)
The buyer has the right to return defective book products within 14 days of receipt. To do so, please send an application to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. When applying for a return of goods, the details of the payment document issued to the Buyer together with the goods sold should be indicated. The return of defective products is carried out at the expense of the Conservative Christian Platform. The Conservative Christian Platform shall make a refund to the Buyer in the amount of the cost of the returned products after the Conservative Christian Platform receives the book products with elements of printing defects.
Completeness and integrity of the goods
Please check the package, the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage, and the documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done in the presence of the delivery service. The Conservative Christian Platform is not responsible for the goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier’s office. In case of incomplete or damaged goods, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.
