This was reported by the American edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/world\/europe\/nato-to-establish-new-kyiv-post-for-ukraine-81b4205c?mod=europe_news_article_pos1\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/world\/europe\/nato-to-establish-new-kyiv-post-for-ukraine-81b4205c?mod=europe_news_article_pos1\">The Wall Street Journal<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>NATO to appoint a person responsible for long-term assistance to Ukraine<\/p>\n\n<p>It is reported that he will be a high-ranking civilian official based in Kyiv. He will focus on Ukraine&#8217;s long-term military modernization and non-military support needs.
