Services responsible for cybersecurity have detected a cyberattack on the systems of the Polish Space Agency POLSA. According to Krzysztof Gawkowski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs, the systems affected by the attack are protected, and actions are underway to restore the Agency’s functioning:
“Polish services have received information about a cyberattack on the Polish Space Agency. Measures have been taken to protect the system, and we are taking further measures. POLSA is protected by state services,” he explained.
It is not yet known how the attackers acted. It is also unknown whether the attack was carried out from Poland or from abroad. The investigation is ongoing.
